Fastly and setting up GoDaddy's Managed SSL product

I am trying to install GoDaddy’s Managed SSL product on my domain website. To do so, GoDaddy set up requires the following: "URL (or IP address), username and password for the server that hosts your site." Apparently Fastly hosts the site, and I found the IP address 151.101.130.159 using a lookup tool. (I did not set up my website so do not know many of the internal workings. Until now I’ve never heard of Fastly.)

My question is: how do I acquire the username and password for the Fastly server that hosts my website? I”m not aware of having a Fastly account - I’m wondering if my website consultant who set the site up has the credentials. He disappeared at least a decade ago.

I appreciate any advice.

hey @pasdedeux what you’re describing doesn’t sound immediately like a problem well-suited for the forum, as it’s about confidential account details and your TLS certs. We don’t want those to get exposed to the public internet accidentally. You should go to support.fastly.com and create a ticket there. They can help you with gaining access to an account and managing a certificate.
