Trying to forward Glitch website to GoDaddy domain

First, this is a different situation from the other post!

I did everything the instructions told me to, and tried undoing and redoing the process multiple times. Set up a Fastly CDN, verified my domain (audiofeud.com) with the TLS, but I added the CNAME for www with the value t.sni.global.fastly.net. (as it said on my Fastly page) and the page still says DNS can’t be found. Please help!

Hi there!

You’ll need to add the www version of your domain to both your TLS certificate and your Fastly service, currently it looks like you only have the apex version in both of those places (without the www).

Hi Sue!

I’m not sure what you mean. The CNAME for www has been added to my domain already (I take it this is what is meant by TLS certificate – I have attached a screenshot), but where on Fastly do I need to add the www?

Thanks!

So I’m referring to your setup inside Fastly in these two places:

  • You TLS certificate in Security
  • Your Fastly CDN service that you should see on the homepage when you’re signed into Fastly (you’ll need to clone the service to create a new version, add your www domain, and activate the service)

Does this look about right? (It’s 3 screenshots and I’m being forced to send them one at a time.)

Yep that looks right!

Awesome! Now I will just wait for 30 minutes or so for the domain to work and reach out if there’s still any issues. Thanks so much!
