What’s new?
The Account Summary page now surfaces six at-a-glance metrics with trend indicators, replacing raw request data with a curated view of edge ROI. This means:

Business-outcome metrics like Origin Offload and Mitigation Rate % front and center at the account level

Instant visibility into how your edge is performing across security posture, infrastructure efficiency, and traffic composition

Trend indicators that show whether key metrics are improving or need attention

PDF downloads for sharing reports with cross-functional stakeholders who don’t live in your Fastly dashboard

AI crawler and bot traffic trends surfaced proactively so you can make informed decisions about data governance and resource allocation

Head to Observability in your console’s left-hand navigation and select Account Summary. Your metrics are already populated based on your account activity. Download a PDF to share with your team.
A few things to know

Metrics reflect activity across all services in your account

Origin Offload shows the percentage of bandwidth served from the edge without touching your origin

Mitigation Rate % shows the percentage of malicious or unwanted traffic stopped at the edge
