Friendly reminder to submit all urgent, account-sensitive inquiries as a Support Ticket for tracking purposes.
Be nice!

For everyone’s benefit, please stay on topic. Do not post any information that you do not wish to make public. Any information that you post can be obtained and used by others. You post at your own risk and responsibility.
Keep it confidential.

Log or request data and account information should only be shared via direct trouble tickets to our support teams.
Stay productive.
The Fastly Community is primarily designed as a place for Fastly customer, users, fans of Fastly, Fastly employees, and others to help each other and/or learn about Fastly’s offerings, so please keep your comments constructive and relevant to the topic on the forum or thread. Do not hijack other members’ topics for your own agenda.
No discussion surrounding illegal activity.
We do not allow discussions about illegal content and behaviors. This includes distribution of illegal software, such as links, files, apps, etc.
No unsolicited DMs to other members.
No sharing personal information. Private data such as phone numbers, addresses, etc. may not be publicly exchanged.
Breaking any of the rules above may result in you being banned from the Fastly Community.
