Hi Fastly Community,
I received a notice that my credit card on file was declined due to insufficient funds. I haven’t changed the card, but I’ve recently added enough balance to it.
However, I’m still unable to pay the outstanding invoice — there’s no option to manually retry the payment, and the system hasn’t attempted to charge the card again.
I also tried contacting the billing team via email but haven’t heard back yet.
I’d really appreciate any help or guidance. I just want to make sure the invoice is paid and my account remains active.
